Take advantage of this opportunity and present your research. New researchers and Ph.D. students are welcome.
The conference will be held entirely online. We invite you to take advantage of this opportunity to present your research on an international academic platform, exchange knowledge and experience with experts in your field, and establish new scientific collaborations.
All paper presentations will be conducted in Turkish or English. The participation of academics, researchers, and graduate students is particularly encouraged.
The conference meets the criteria for international scientific meetings as defined by the Turkish Academic Incentive Allowance Regulation through its international participation and internationally constituted Scientific Committee.

Participation fees are determined according to the number of papers presented by the participant.

Online Participation Fee
Participation fees are non-refundable. A Participation Certificate will not be issued for papers that are withdrawn by the participant or not presented at the congress.
Fee Coverage
The participation fee includes the following services and certificates:
- Publication of abstracts and full papers in the Congress Proceedings / Congress Book.
- Individual Participation Certificate issued to each author of the submitted paper.
- Session Chair Certificate, if applicable.
- Certificate of International Participation.
- University Academic Representation Certificate.
Accreditation
ATEM 2026 meets the relevant criteria for Associate Professorship, Academic Incentives, and Academic Promotion, based on its international participation and internationally constituted scientific structure.
