"From Knowledge to Wisdom: Rethinking Education and Leadership in the Age of Artificial Intelligence "

Dr. Tomasz Albiński is an Assistant Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences at GSW Milenium in Gniezno, Poland. He combines his academic career with extensive experience in higher education administration, academic leadership, and the organization of institutional teaching. His scholarly work focuses on logic, analytical philosophy, philosophy of education, pedagogy, and critical thinking. He has authored and contributed to academic publications addressing philosophical and educational questions, with particular emphasis on reasoning, argumentation, and the development of critical thinking. His research interests include modal logic, the history of ideas, contemporary challenges in pedagogy, and the changing nature of education. His interdisciplinary approach brings together philosophical analysis and educational practice, allowing him to examine contemporary educational issues from both theoretical and institutional perspectives. As Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Dr. Albiński is actively engaged in academic leadership, faculty development, institutional organization, and the management of educational processes. His administrative experience provides a practical perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing universities and academic communities today. As an invited speaker, Dr. Albiński brings together expertise in philosophy, logic, critical thinking, pedagogy, and higher education leadership. His interdisciplinary perspective offers valuable insights into the future of education, the role of critical thinking in the age of artificial intelligence, and the evolving responsibilities of universities in contemporary society.

"Agentic AI in Language Education: From Generative Assistance to Pedagogically Designed Agency"

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tuncer Can is a faculty member at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Hasan Ali Yücel Faculty of Education, in the English Language Teaching (ELT) Department. He completed his MA in 2004 and his PhD in 2011 in the same department. In 2005, he was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship and spent a year at Syracuse University, NY, USA, where he taught Turkish via videoconferencing. Dr. Can has actively participated in ten EU Erasmus+ projects focusing on immersive learning environments, teacher training, and foreign language education, including CAMELOT, YouRNI, TABLIO, GUINEVERE, ARTICULAN, YouALLs, KEY SKILLS, STREAMS, SET4INCLUSION, and AI-ENABLED. In addition to his research and teaching, Dr. Can has contributed to English language education through editorial and authorship roles in multiple coursebook series, including Less is More English Coursebook Series, Integrated Skills in English: Full Circle Series, Swifts English Coursebook Series, and Oysters English Series, published by Press Glocal. Currently, Dr. Can serves as the Director of the Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Continuing Education Center, where he continues to contribute to educational innovation and professional development in language learning and teacher training.

"Leadership and Technology in the 21st Century: Digital Transformation, Ethical Responsibility, and Human-Centered Innovation"

Prof. Dr. Oya Ertuğruloğlu is an academic and an expert in educational administration from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). She graduated from the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Marmara University in 1985. She completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at European University of Lefke in 1997 and received her PhD in Educational Administration, Supervision, Economics and Planning from Near East University in 2012. Prof. Dr. Ertuğruloğlu began her academic career as a lecturer at the Faculty of Education at Girne American University in 2014. She was appointed Assistant Professor in 2015, Associate Professor in 2017, and was promoted to the rank of Professor on September 26, 2024. Throughout her academic career, she has undertaken various academic and administrative responsibilities at institutions including Girne American University, Cyprus American University, and Final International University. Her academic research focuses primarily on educational administration, education systems, management, leadership, special education, professional ethics, and the relationship between culture and education. Her scholarly work has been published in national and international academic journals and publications. In addition to her academic work, Prof. Dr. Ertuğruloğlu has assumed various leadership and administrative positions in higher education. She currently serves as Vice Rector and Dean of the Faculty of Education at Girne American University. Prof. Dr. Ertuğruloğlu has also had extensive professional experience in public administration. She worked for approximately 20 years as an auditor at the Office of the Auditor General of the TRNC, where she participated in the auditing processes of various public institutions and prepared reports on financial and administrative matters. She has also contributed to various civil society initiatives in the fields of education, health, and social responsibility. Prof. Dr. Oya Ertuğruloğlu continues her academic and professional work as a distinguished scholar whose expertise combines educational administration and leadership, higher education management, public administration, and social responsibility.

Art Therapy Techniques in Trauma Work

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sultanberk Halmatov is an academic specializing in psychology, psychological counseling and guidance, and neuropedagogy. He completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Psychology at Hacettepe University, his master’s degree in Psychological Counseling and Guidance at Selçuk University, and his Ph.D. in Guidance and Psychological Counseling at Atatürk University. He also completed postdoctoral training in clinical psychology and neuropsychological rehabilitation in Moscow. His areas of expertise include child and adolescent psychology, neuropedagogy, play therapy, projective tests, psychological assessment, family education, and personality development. Halmatov has authored numerous scientific articles and books at both national and international levels and is known for his academic work on neuroscience-based approaches in education and child development.

Prof. Dr. Rakesh Patil

Artificial Intelligence for Everyone: Bridging the AI Literacy Gap in Global Education Systems

Prof. Dr. Rakesh Patil is the Director of the SSR Institute of Management & Research (Silvassa), India, and has more than 30 years of academic and administrative experience in the fields of management, information technology, and digital transformation in higher education. Following his undergraduate studies in Physics and Computer Science, he completed an MBA in Information Technology, an M.Phil. in Management, an MCA, and a Ph.D. in Management. In 2018, he was also honored with an honorary D.Litt. degree. Throughout his academic career, he has published more than 100 national and international scientific articles, authored six books, and served in editorial roles for various international academic journals. His main areas of interest include management, organizational behavior, management information systems, e-learning, e-government, software engineering, and the applications of artificial intelligence in higher education. In recent years, he has participated as an invited speaker at international conferences, with a particular focus on AI-supported education, digital transformation, and innovation in higher education.
