Submission Guidelines
Abstract & Full Paper Submission
Please review the submission rules, document requirements, official languages and template information before submitting your abstract or full paper through the Abstract Submission System. All abstracts and full papers must be submitted through the system.
Abstract Rules
- Submission of an abstract is mandatory for participation in the congress.
- The review process for abstracts will take up to 3 days.
- Authors will be promptly notified of the review outcome.
- Abstracts should be 200–300 words in length.
- Abstracts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
- All abstracts must be submitted through the Abstract Submission System.

Full Paper Rules
- Submission of the full paper is required for inclusion in the congress proceedings.
- The manuscript must be accompanied by a Turnitin similarity report.
- The similarity index must not exceed 20%.
- The review process for full papers will take up to 3 days.
- Authors will be promptly notified of the review outcome.
- Full papers should be submitted in Word (.doc or .docx) format.
- Full papers must follow the congress formatting and style guidelines.
- All full papers must be submitted through the Abstract Submission System.
Please upload your full paper and Turnitin similarity report through the Abstract Submission System.
Official Languages
The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English. Participants are encouraged to submit their abstracts and full papers in either language, in accordance with the congress guidelines. Abstracts and full papers may also be prepared bilingually, with the English version first and the Turkish version following, in accordance with the relevant congress templates. Important Reminder: Please log in to the congress submission system and click “Edit” to upload your full-text paper alongside your abstract file. Full-text papers must be prepared using the template available on the congress website and submitted through the system no later than November 2, 2026.
The full-text papers presented at the “3ʳᵈ International ATEM Congress – Art, Technology, Education & Management” will be published as an academic book entitled “Handbook of Research in ATEM – 2026” by Vizetek Publishing, an international publishing house. The book will be assigned an ISBN number and published as an international academic reference work.
The International Art, Technology, Education, Management Conference meets the criteria for international congresses, academic promotion, and the new associate professorship criteria.
